but since it was used by Deva Path, Yahiko's body, he can still be resurrected [?]
but Jiraiya is the priority there

I think Obito recovered Nagato's body in order to retake the Rinnegan. BZ probably helped with the transplant and then took the left over body and gave it to Kabuto. Kabuto didn't know where to find Nagato without BZ. Yahiko is still probably in Amegakure with Konan.

I've been working on the theory that BZ works with the snakes. It's an early hypothesis so there's not much to back it up. Kabuto has had dealings with BZ though and BZ had access to Nagato's corpse. He claims credit for handing over Madara but I think he might have handed over Itachi and Nagato as well.

He hasn't used snakes. I do think he somehow ties in with snakes though. Kabuto knows none of the snake's plans. As far as he's concerned he's the first to master Dragon Sage Mode. I think the snakes are playing a lot of characters. I've put some of the ideas in my last thread. I'll write a new one on BZ next time it rains. BZ recovered Itachi's corpse after his battle with Sasuke:

Madara and or Obito probably intend to at some point. I think they stored all the clan's eyes for resurrection assuming they aren't totally evil (and simply collected the eyes to spam Izanagi). Neither Kabuto nor BZ have been shown as having access to the collection . Might not stop BZ or somebody else getting hold of them and using them at some point. They might even comeback en masse for part 3.

i think the reason konan and yahiko were not edo tensaied is when konan used the avalanche of paperbombs it took her and yahiko up in the explosion obito only had time to kamui nagatos body before it was blown away too or thats atleast my thought on it
