They also said Karin would win low difficulty because of chakra chains, which is foolish seeing as she only used it one time( ass pull, I mean in all of the other situations she could have died, examples? Versus Bee. Vs Danzo. When team Taka infiltrated the Summit, she uses it now?) she probably doesn't even have control over it.) Anyways back to the chakra chains, they won't have any effect on Hinata, you know why? Because, Hinata has Gentle fist, AKA Jyuuken. What does that do? Well, here's a scan:

What does that have to do with anything? Chakra chains are made up of Chakra right? Hinata uses 64 palms or Air palm and Karin is immobilized , IF she is still alive, Gentle fist to the heart, The End. Thanks for your time.

Such methods may work on low level techniques but as chakra and technique starts getting more and more powerful such methods start failing
Samehada is supposed to eat chakra yet finds it difficult to eat all of bee's chakra, Aburame bugs destroy chakra yet cannot handle kcm chakra etc etc

But you are literally doing the same thing here when you compare kidomaru's webs to chakra chains that can restrain 100% kurama and tear up the same shinsuusenjuu that was stalemating the gokage and cloaked shinobi alliance.

The point is that unless you believe neji's statement was literally true in which he fodderizes PS, the statement was in the context of kidomaru's webs. And kidomaru and his webs are not doing anything to shinsuusenjuu.
