Prep: Both at 100 percent and are going all out to become Chunin

I say Ino takes this since her Mind Transfer abilities have improved drastically in the war as she was able to divert the Ten Tails from killing Naruto and the others as well as quickly catching Obito in a mind trap. Hinata, in my eyes, just iis not fast enough to get out of the way of MInd Transfer if Ino had little time to catch the Juubi right before it would have killed everyone.

The juubi and Obito were practically stationary. With intel, i don't see Hinata staying still long enough for Ino to catch her. But at 25m Ino may be able to anticipate Hinata's movements. Honestly I don't know, I voted Hinata anyway though.
