Have you noticed that all of these trainers kinda look related. It's like it tells a story from Toddler to Adult. They all have blonde hair as well. It's like Pokemon Evolution but with Humans

The Trainer as a Young Woman Age: 16-17

You must be registered for see images

The Trainer as an adult Age: 35-45

This might mean that the Older Woman has 3 daughters, or they might be the same person from different times

Nah i Think its showing the time they grown because honestly traveling. You really dont see those elite older people untill the end of the game. Porbably 1 Second in Pokemon game is like a couple hours in real life proabably going through huge ass mountains and forest less than 10 minutes.
