So it's possible for Hagoromo to learn edo-tensei release from Tobirama, or by Madara, by bringing him back to life through his legs.

This won't be considered "bringing people back to life". They're not alive when they're ET. And anyway, I'm pretty sure that Tobirama can release himself from the Edo Tensei, but since Orochimaru wasn't even trying to control him in the first place, it wasn't needed.

I don't think edo tensei is with rinnegan powers

Edo tensei release simply undoes the jutsu and returns the spirit to the after life, it doesn't revive anyone. Rinne tensei on the other hand could be us3d by hagoromo but I doubt he has th3 chakra for it in his current state.
