Strangely the Manga introduced many characters, each one claims to have founded akatsuki...but if we follow the logic of timeline we will find out THE REALL AND TRUE FOUDER OF AKATSUKI ORGANIZATION !! :
1-Obito Uchiha :

-Noo it can't be Obito why? becuz some1 already seem to have instructed Obito to found akatsuki and collect the Bijuus....its BLACK ZETSU !!!
2-Black Zetsu :

But again the manga stated that Nagato wasn't the reall akatsuki founder but it was his friend...YAHIKO !!!!!

1-how Yahiko himself had the idea of creating akatsuki organization??....could some1 have told him about it?
2-Notice well the above list of akatsuki founders....some1 is missing...a reall villain character is missing....ITS UCHIHA MADARA!!!!

that means the masked man met yahiko when the latter was young , and when obito was still a child (or maybe obito wasn't even born yet)..
Notice well how the masked man confirms and inssist to konan that he had no reason to lie to her since she was about to die...wich means the masked man was all honest

THE TOBIDARA REVEAL IS THE TRUE SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEMATIC !!!
the masked man's reall identity is uchiha Madara (and spiral zetsu) controllin obito's body...
-the other Madara sealed himself within obito's body and controlled him its TOBIDARA !!
-sometimes TOBIDARA gives freedom of will to obito and let him act by his free will...BUT WHEN IT COMES TO BADASSES AND CRITICALL MOMENTS...tobidara(Madara) takes full controll of obito's body and acts instead of obito..
-the one who spoke with konan was indeed madara..whereas obito's consiousness was turned off..
- the one who used izanagi against konan was exactly tobidara and not obito !!
-the masked man TOBIDARA (or simply Madara) told konan that he was the one who had the idea of founding akatsuki
and instructed yahiko to form this organization...
-Madara met yahiko when yahiko was a lil kid.....and kishimoto skipped this flashback on purpose...becuz kishimoto will
explain us how Madara met yahiko in the new reveal of tobi's reall identity
Logic of timeline :
1-the reall akatsuki founder is Madara who was old and unable to gather the bijuus thats why he instructed Yahiko to form organization akatsuki----------> 2- Yahiko then told Nagato about the idea of founding an organization to spread peace called akatsuki-----------> 3-black zetsu under instructions from Madara told Obito to keep an eye on Nagato and change the goal of akatsuki from peacefull one to evil one wich is collectiing the Bijuus--------> 4-Black zetsu betrayed Madara and uzed akatsuki for his mother revival plan-------->5- Madara's will make his return but this time in his form TOBI and will slaughter black zetsu and DECLARE HIMSELF TO BE THE FINALL VILLAIN
