Looks like its mostly just cgi.

However from what I can tell(Im no deadpool fan nor have I read his comics) it seems like this is the movie that deadpool fans have been waiting for. It seems to nail his character.

This was just a test they did in CGI.. The actual film would be live-action and some cgi.
