Lol calm down it could be because of many things but the 9 tails jin had to be different kurama was powerful and had great strength, he was the strongest of all tailed beast i think the chakra cloak is nothing to complain about and look the 10 tails with all of the tailed beast combined look at Madara's appearance after he became the 10 tails jin so umm there really isn't any thing to complain about.
As the 9 tails jin and 10 tails both jin get avatars.
