Remember 3rd raikage's body is almost indestructible. I think its safe to say that he tanks 25 susanoo clones, not to mention he can demolish them with his finger stab.

Ps. I know they'd still lose, but would he give more of a challenge to maddy then A?

3rd Raikage's weakness is wind style. Naruto rasenshuriken broke through his lightning armour and caused minor gashes. A PS slash is basically a wind style attack of gargantuan proportions. Unless I see evidence, a PS slash kills him. If not the first, then the second for sure.
