This would officially make her kishi's strongest kunoichi when tied with her other databook stats and feats. You also don't need to look into her eyes which makes me wonder how it activates.

Not to say Itachi doesn't Kill her with her own hand.

If it weren't for Itachi's Sharingan, she would of caught him in the Genjutsu and soloed him.

So she probably is on par with Itachi in Genjutsu. I mean, all Itachi really has in Crow Genjutsu and Tsukuyomi.[SUB]
