Kishimoto is being vague about kaguya's true goal on purpose...she seem to be a villain but yet she cared about the earth?...she also didn't seem to want to kill anyone..all she wanted is to get her chakra back..so maybe maybe she isn't a villain...i mean as long as she didn't explain her true motives then kishi might troll us and reveal that she is a good person who tries to get back her chakra for some unknown reasons .....Maybe the one who is evil is black zetsu through his influence on Kaguya ..but not exactly kaguya...becuz remember?... Hagoromo said that his mother was a good person who ate the holly apple to subdue wars and spread peace amongst poeple...but then she suddenly changed and poeple statrted fearing her.....
