I think that Obito would actually be a counter to Hashirama. Since Kamui pretty much ignores his attacks and also if Obito gets a grab on the original Hashirama (No wood clone I mean then) then it is over for Hashirama. However Hashirama would not have a problem taking control of Kurama/Kyuubi again.

But hey, it is just what I think.

He could take care of Kyuubi with relative ease. Mokuton is obviously meant for that. About Obito he would have a hard time since you need FTG tier speed to deal with intangibility , Hermit mode reflexes would help him though but we haven't seen him use something as unpredictable as Frog Kata.
