Susanoo - Obito kills the baby the moment susanoo begins to materialize. He then proceeds to phase to the ground while itachi sobbers and kidnaps your wife.

He won't be also able to totsuka blitz the kyuubi, because he can't teleport to the village.
Edit: I forgot that he also can't do anything against TBB. Yata doesn't absorb it, it explodes nonetheless.

I think it's a bit much to say Itachi was the smartest in the manga. He was the best at planning ahead, not during battle imo.
