i can see kakashi givin him the no cqc rule as he was baffled at neji's ability wen viewed,so i see heavy warning nd caution on sasuke's part to the point where i dont see him attemptin chidori or risk getting his chidori arm shut down similarly to hinata or worse..so what u think?..how easy would neji negg him back then

well if he is allowed to continue fightin with cs activated,i see it happening at the end of the fight after neji would surely had gotten some hits in on some organs with sasuke struggling,so if cs is activated it would cause way more damage to those already injurd organs not to mention chakra.

i say sasuke high high HIGH DIFF....neji was the main man in part one....but sasuke sharingan tho...he can see how neji moves and evade the 64 palms....but rotation might cancel out chidori especially if neji can see it coming

CS2 chidori would ripp rotation apart so yes..Lee speed,CM2 and chidori is too much for the hyuuga

ok,but if u remember that kaiten was incomplete,also the chidori was a cqc strict move back then which is suicidal...Sasuke rushes neji from behind with chidori only to get a palm to tha jaw lol..sasuke has no stamina nd neji would neg non gated lee without taking a hit from him back then.
