This technique covers the enemy's entire body with the kikaichū living inside the Aburame clan member's body. Simply put Sakura will almost definitely hit a bug clone, because Shino is almost as smart as Shikamaru yet has much more effective firepower and then the insects will swarm on Sakura and they are UNAVOIDABLE as Kakashi himself said honestly Giant Bug Jutsu won't even be necessary

Actually, in order to perform that technique, Shino has to set a female bug in Sakura's body, as he did to Kankuro...

They are both just as fast, just as smart, but Sakura doubles his Taijutsu, so I don't see that happening...

The forest means of Sakura does her super strike there are more attributes such as trees,wood,gravel,boulders to use on the offensive and I'm pretty sure Shino's bugs can't survive that.I'm pretty sure Sakura can differentiate between a bug clone since she found out white Zetsu's transformation.

I like how you posted a random scan with Shino's only notoble feat, without actually explaining how can he close the distance, touch Sakura, use this technique and survive being insta stomped.

To point out, they were quoting someone who only said "Sakura neg diff" without explaining how she wins.

Trees, boulders and such means more areas for the bugs to hide, both from Sakura and her strikes. Punching the ground without knowledge of where the opponent is is risky and opens her for attack if she fails. Some insects may die, but not Shino's entire colony. His too smart to risk it.
The only reason Sakura differentiated between a white Zetsu clone was because it didn't know that Tonton was a pig when Sakura pretended he was a human. There's no way Sakura will know Shino is a clone.

Shino's insects have withstood direct powerful shockwaves before. It's a huge risk for Sakura to strike the ground in hopes that she either hits the real Shino or that she manages to kill every single insect in that single strike. Even in that scan not everything (rocks and such) aren't completely destroyed by Sakura's punches. The insects are tiny and durable.
