Pretty much the other way around. If Sasuke is stronger than Naruto, even if by a fair margin, his Naruto fapboys either say "They're equal, Kishi > your opinion" or they simply say "Naruto > Sasuke" without even stating why. If they are actually equals or if Naruto gets stronger by a negligible amount, his fanboys say "Naruto rapes Sasuke". In fact, whenever Naruto gets any new moves (even if they are fodder-level), Naruto fanboys say "Naruto stomps Sasuke, [insert Jutsu here] rapes his PS".

I wouldn't call Naruto a tier higher. But he is better overall. At least by feats
he definitely is. Now, that doesn't necessarily mean he would win in a fight
against Sasuke, as Sasuke's abilities are tricky, but Naruto does show more
power, durability, speed, and reaction. So it could still go either way, although
I would say Naruto would be better in more scenarios that Sasuke would, especially
with his versatality from the bijuus.

They're not equal

He was using Kyuubi's chakra not his base also he heals fast he even said so and even though it's portrayed so many times they're equal you're still saying they're not. Go figure.

Hashirama beat Madara but it wasn't easy it could have went either way at the end Hashirama just used a wood clone to replace his real body Danzo and Hiruzen is irrelevent and you know that.

No, he purposefully aimed at the head band, as he didn't want to collide and hurt sasuke. because in their previous fight on the hospital roof, it was shown that Rasengan > chidori, we even saw Sasuke get all salty over seeing the destructive power of Rasengan being superior to his Chidori.

Don't insult others. it just makes you're arguments lose credit. and yes, Gabunta, who assited Naruto in fighting pain and assisted Minato in fighting Kurama, would indeed have made a huge difference.
