She would probably be the superior ninja.
Let's look at part 1"
Let's say Kakashi taught her genjutsu.
With her chakra control they would've been pretty powerful and hard to break, seeing as how the fundamentals of Genjutsu work around controlling your opponents chakra, and her intellect is one of the strongest.
She would've help with Haku or Zabuza.
She would've beat Ino, and probably became a chunnin.
She would've solo the sound nin.
She would've helped with Gaara,
Right when Naruto and Sasuke got there rasengan chidori combo.
Let's say Moegi got her strength and healing..
Moegi strength would've drastically put her above Naruto and Sasuke, it's more quicker to use and more powerful when released.
Moegi would replace Shikamaru in the Sasuke retrieval arc, she is smart and her and Tayuya would've been one of the best fights ever. Moegi was made for that fight.
( actually she should've, Tsunade was in the village during that time, and canonically, Moegi could've learn Tsunade strength jutsu. And some healing)
Part 2
She was pretty good.
But if she had genjutsu too, I would've have been much use with sasori.
After sasori,
Let's say Moegi wanted to help keep Naruto in check, and dappled in sealing jutsu. Again it's right up her alley, and Tsunade is the direct descendant of a master sealing,and meets all of the qualifications.
Naruto and Moegi could face and akastsuki together.
When Naruto got and elemental affinty,
What if Moegi got one too. She would be a master at that too....( it would probably be water) which would've made her a. Great asset to Itachi, or retrieving Sasuke. + shizune poison release.
Her and Sasuke would've had a nice battle too,
When naruto got sage mode , and Sasuke got his new eyes, what if Moegi got something new, like yin related. Whether it been a deadlier genjutsu that can kill, and a version of Kabuto yin wound destruction jutsu.
Then when Naruto got the fox mode and Sasuke got the ems, would've been the great time for Moegi yinseal to emerge.
If Moegi developed with Naruto and Sasuke , would've she possibly outshine them.
