I doubt that he can't use it because a lack of chakra, it just probably has a natural time limit that must be followed between each use or between each couple uses. A sort of cooldown time.

It doesn't work like that. Madara's limbo had cool down time even when he was the shinju's jinchuriki. Now we all know madara's chakra>>>>sasuke's chakra reserves.

yes, limbo has a cool down, maybe Kaguya does and he(sasuke) has used PS, enton and alot of shifting so it(rinnegan) needs a cool down

i don't really recall during Nagato's fight with Naruto/itachi/killerbee, did he ever need to take a break or when he used his paths did he need to take a break or his alimity push, and he's not even a uchiha
