Unless you're the person to believe the tentacle came from no where, and by some grace of God and the skin on Bee's nuts, he managed escape via that tentacle in such a short amount of time.

Kishi even makes it a point to point out the tentacle. Not to mention the fact that Gyuki tries to hit Karin again!

Your farfetched scenario that bee 'totally targeted their group expecting karin to throw them out of the way, without time to escape herself, leaving sasuke to cut off the tentacle' makes no sense. Sasuke just happened to cut off the tentacle, and bee saw it as an opportunity to stick with that part of hachibi. Sasuke's chidori didn't slice through at the speed of light, it still took time and bee hopped on over to that part of the chakra mass before the tail was completely removed. The rest of the OX was then transformed into a clone feint once sasuke shut off amaterasu.

Further proof of my previous claim. The Shinju was killed, making the tree itself useless. However, when Kaguya willed Madara to absorb the tree, he also absorbed her abilities. In the end, he was edged out because of how powerful Kaguya is.
