How do you know ?

before gear 2 gattling gun was the strongest move after that it was upgraded with jet, haki, fire, gear third etc.

Why wouldn't there be a stronger move ? There is always a stronger move. Luffy's finisher from 2 arcs ago won't be his strongest move.

Luffy has shown better feats of CoO than Zoro did, in fact Zoro has shown none. He also specializes in CoA and even of that haki he only used it once in a very tiny slash.

Luffy has shown so much more than Zoro did at this point.

It's Feats > Speculation at this point

How would Zoro deal with Elephant jet gatling coated in CoA ?

he would dodge that slowass attack obviously if not just 1080p luffys hands off.

this shouldn't even be an argument, if you don't think Luffy>Zoro reread OP, they never fight head on for real but from arc to arc there are subtle hints from Oda that Luffy is stronger

and Luffy's weakness aren't swords, he is as vulnerable to swords as Sanji is, or any normal human

I think he could. I think Oda did that on purpose. You know, having a second hand man, who legit, IS YOUR WEAKNESS and can beat you. Its all about the loyalty and trust. Cause Luffy can't use haki 24/7, so yeah, I think Zoro could beat Luffy. But never will try cause of his loyalty.

OT: luffy since just like zoro luffy hasnt gone all out yet people tend to think he has because he used g3 but fail to realize that Post TS uses G3 like it just another technique using it for random things and nothing else

by feats hes also greater

i dont think the gap is too wide but it not that close either. The gap between sanjij zoro and luffy would be like this imo

Without plot shield, Zoro wins extreme difficulty. Luffy already said his armament isn't great against cuting attacks and Zoro has one of the best cuting arsenal seen in this manga so far, and his attacks are really fast. His 1080 Pound Cannon was so fast Pica didn't even have time to switch inside his golem rock. Not to mention Zoro can implement armament in his flying slashes to increase their power

He could dodge Pica's attacks despite the environment advantage without even looking at him and talking to his crewmates, could see Hody's drop bullets even before it changed form, so it implies great reflexive speed and observation(just like Luffy). While Luffy dominates him in striking speed, he possess faster attacker with his flying slashes and his 1080 Pound cannon easily matched if not bested Luffy's Grizzly magnum(which is his strongest bazooka attack in G3) in terms of scale

Slow ? there are literally hundreds of attacks at jet speed gatling his way

Also there is no proof that Zoro can cut through haki, and Luffy has shown that he CAN use haki. Zoro never cut a single limb, so Luffy's fists won't be coming off.

no he wasn't, neither of them showed signs that they were stronger than each other. they were pretty much equals up until luffy learned gear 2nd and 3rd, zoro even admits he was weaker than luffy during the luffy vs lucci fight.
