Shadow clones wont hurt Obito he will go intangible or send himself to kamui dimension then go back to earth only this time appearing right behind naruto and send him to the other dimension.
Naruto already shown to dodge Kaguya's attempt to attack him from behind using her S/T jutsu so no that wouldn't work. Obito wouldn't be able to react to Naruto's speed other than Kamui which he can only keep for 5 min but I don't think Naruto knows about the time limit. I see Naruto leaving his orbs behind a clone so if Obito Kamui him to the other Dimension, they can attack Obito on both sides. There's also the fact that Naruto have the other Bijuu's abilities and one of the abilities that a Edo Jin shown was a blinding light

Each clone can use a different bijuu ability which would make the timing to attack along with using his sensory ability even better.
Naruto at this point can wreck everyone bar Kaguya, but I don't see him being able to fight off Obito. The only thing that changed from when they fought (prior to him being jin) is that his attacks became drastically stronger.
It's like fighting a hologram that has a sniper, so you then take steroids and get drastically stronger but it doesn't change the fact you're still fighting a hologram.
Not to mention Obito essentially had only half of his original power when they fought (rinnegan didn't do shit), the other half was being used against him (Kakashi).
Obito's visual prowess is at full power now so he gains the ability to snipe off naruto's head twice as fast because of both sharingan.
Obito's jutsu timing doesn't increase in the sense that he can snipe faster...He was using his Kamui to go to his dimension and it was even faster because Kakashi was also using his Kamui on Obito to speed up the timing since Madara was attacking faster than Obito or Kakashi could Kamui alone. Naruto also gained better control over his speed, enough to speed attack Madara and to be praised by Kaguya. He can fly and use the other Bijuu's abilities. He have his black orbs which were able to restrict Madara's shadow which is not from their world just like how Obito's body would be in his dimension

He also have the other Bijuus to aid him in strategies and they all can observe Obito's fighting style and attack patterns since they are much more experienced than Naruto. It was Bee and Kurama advising Naruto and Bee in lots of their fights (after Kurama friended Naruto of course). Naruto can use frog Kata since his current form is SM+BM so he can use the natural energy surround him and extend it to hit Obito who can't see Natural energy.
