How does Sasuke have fastest foot speed?

Ae, Minato, Bee, Itachi and Sasuke ... all use Body-flicker. That is foot speed. Remember when Minato caught Naruto? Forget that as it was not that impressive - remember when he caught Kushina and sped up the tree? That was body flicker. It's foot-speed.

Current Sasuke and Naruto are both faster than all characters when it comes to foot speed, Ae or otherwise.

EMS may or may not have upped his foot speed, but Sasuke showed twice how he was keeping up with KCM Naruto and even reacted faster than KCM Minato to save Naruto. So this thing about Naruto being faster is a statement without manga facts.

That is an assumption. Giving the fact that Sasuke was exhausted because he had been using his eye continuously to try and find a way out. Another assumption, I'm afraid.

No his speed increased from ems. Yes rinnegan doesn't give you more speed but sasuke didn't just receive the rinnegan from the sage did he...I don't think 50% of the sage's power only includes a single rinnegan and yin seal lol.

@bolded Umm how do you know that? How could you possibly know how far the portal was from sasuke? At this point, the only people faster in pure footspeed are naruto and kaguya. That's all.

I would say he exceeds more in quickness and reaction time in battle situations more than speed even though he is still fast.

You do realize that he has received Sage Chakra as well, right? It's quite safe to assume that it has provided him a heft body stats boost as well.

I too can also call that an assumption, since there is no proof he got any physical upgrade. And I don't think it's safe to assume anything.

When kishi says he's now the fastest, then I'll probably believe it. But for now there are still a couple with better body flicker than Sasuke's.

I agree, his speed will still be as it was when he faced Bee and A since he never went through any training that would improve it and all of his power ups were strictly in his eyes and not body except chakra being increased from Hashirama's DNA and the Sage's Senjutsu.



That still doesn't make sense to say sicne Sasuke was shown to use his Rinnegan as Madara is heading to Kakasi then there's the fact that Madara would have to slow his speed down to grab Kakashi's eye since if Madara was going at any incredible speed then Kakashi's nake would have either broke or his head be ripped off since we see Kakashi head turn from Madara taking his eye.

So Madara wasn't going at any speed that can be said to be Juubi level for those reasons above and did you say Madara couldn't do anything? He had enough time to think but not to react? Why didn't he use Susanoo as he did blind but he can't with 1 eye? Why didn't he use a fire jutsu point blank range? Where was his wood jutsus that he was spamming as a Edo? He didn't have his black orbs since Minato took them away, he didn't make any black chakra receivers which he used on Hashirama and Tobirama, he didn't even Kamui snipe Sasuke either.

Madara had enough time to attack Sasuke from that range as he shown to do many times and he wasn't caught by surprised since he commented about Sasuke before being hit. He was more focused on getting his other eye and for all we know he could see Sakura about to destroy his eye since Obito and him both have 1 of each of the other's eye and in close range so they should be able to view the others as Kakashi and Obito both shown to do.

Sasuke couldn't run to Obito's portal fast enough when it was a flat surface while chasing Madara had a rocky surface. Rinnegan is an eye power that can effect the chakra but not increase foot speed. By change chakra I mean give access to use all elements like Nagato, Juubito, and Madara had or was shown to use.

He couldn't get to Obitos portal because he was tired from using his eye so much in an effort to get back t the battle, or did you forget how bad he was huffing an d puffing

From the looks that sage's power did increase his overall physical power, which includes his foot speed.
