Didn't realize this till I was rereading some chapters. Most only think PTS Luffy showed CoC, at Marinefored... but the truth is he showed all 3 types.

1st, Marineford... CoC.

2nd, Marineford as well... CoO. This one I'm surprised many others missed...

3rd CoA, stated by Blackbeard after fighting Luffy.

Some of you probably know this but just wanted to post.

I agree with CoC/CoA but not so much CoO.

Edit: Actually nvm I agree with all three now.

I already knew this, but you're wrong with the Aokiji example. He is a solid logia, so you can kick him physically even without haki. He did use COA though, but against BB instead who even implied he could already use it back in Jaya

Rayleigh explains that Observation Haki grants the ability to see what your opponents will do next

Luffy did that

I agree with CoC and CoO but not CoA.

Ao Kiji is ice which can be touched regardless of haki. It's just that you need haki to harm him.

I don't really think he ever truly displayed any armanent haki before the time skip.

He clearly showed CoC haki several times.

That example with mihawk of course shows his observation haki.

The armanent example isn't very good though in my opinion. He is a logia that is made out of a solid and should thusly be able to be sent flying without actually going through the body. It is also possible that Aokiji let himself be hit.

He didn't use CoA until after the time skip. Aokiji could be hit cause he let Luffy hit him and he was solid

The thing is we'll never really know about CoA because the skin becoming black was just introduced last year.

Don't know about the armament haki but he definitely showed Conqueror's haki pre time skip, he used it on Motobaro.

As for Aokiji I think he just caught him off guard idk I'd have to re-read/watch but we see Logia can choose whether they are intangible or not by Ace sacrificing his body to block Akainu's punch. If Logia couldn't stop being intangible then Akainu would have punched right through Ace and into Luffy but Ace negated his DF power to absorb the hit with his body. Luffy could have reached Aokiji before he could switch his body over.

Do you know aokiji can go unharmed even if a haki infused attack is done on him?

He means when WB stabbed him with haki he wasnt harmed. Oda will probably expand on it later I hope.

aokiji made a hole in his body before he got stabbed, Whitebeard's spear just passed through that hole.

CoC and CoO are correct, however CoA is not. Aokiji let himself be hit

Nah that was not observation haki or color of armemnts haki Luffy can observe and make predictions from that. That was just a prediction he made on the case with Mihawk. And with Aokiji... anyone can touch Ice U_U

CoC is obvious and Luffy used CoO with Mihawk. Blackbeard stated in Impel Down that Luffy used haki when he was punched by him, so CoA was used as well. It wasn't obvious because the black coating wasn't made up yet, so we'll just have to take BB's word for it.
