He was still dying, Naruto never saved him but prolonged his death for a short while. He was dying from losing the Juubi and Gedo Mezo, then Black Zetsu kept him alive for a bit longer then Naruto power kept him alive for a little bit longer as well. If Obito Kamui then it would have went thru him and kill Sasuke plus he more than likely didn't have the chakra to use both Kamui or Kamui 2x.
