Hashirama - No explanation needed.

Nagato - Base Naruto has a lot of chakra. But not the absurd amount we sometimes believe. Neji compared Naruto to having around the same much as a 30% Kisame clone.

Minato - Warping Kurama, TBB, Juubi TBB et cetera.

Madara - Fought for twenty four hours with Hashirama.

Inconclusive.

Third Raikage - Fought for three days whereas Ay seems to wear himself out in prolonged combat. Though, this could always be just his more advanced raiton shushin needing more chakra. take it with a grain of salt.

Inconclusive. Leaning towards Gaara for massive sand constructs however.

Sasuke with ease.

Kisame should have more if including sameheada he already had tailed beast reserves and his sword easily sucks up 6 tails worth of chakra in one swipe but I guess hashi no power ups lol

well no kyubbi cloak then give it to nagato due to full uzimaki

Jariya he has shown to be able to fight and cast way more Jutsu at once then minato has ever shown also summon multiple summons that each cost massive chakra deduction and still able to go into sage mode as well

Tobirama due to senju

Tsuande is best of both worlds both senju and uzimaki

3rd raikage fought for 3 days pretty sure he used chakra for those 3 days

Gaara by far former junjurchi stated the junjurchi have to have strong chakra reserves and stamina reserves to survive the bijuu being out into them also fought for 2 days straight in war does massive scale techs like nothing

Sasuke I think shown to use a lot of chakra taxing techs rapidly

] <- Those scans contain the only summonings brought to the battle. Maybe you're thinking of the anime. But he didn't summon three boss toads. He had the Kyuubi inside of him after death for what, twenty minutes to forty prior to arriving at the battle? Supposing that the Kyuubi could effect his Edo Body and grant him extra chakra (Which there's no evidence to suggest it does,) Naruto's seal was made to leak chakra into him his entire life and by twelve he only had twice to three times as much chakra as Kakashi. A lot for his age, but it's no where near an instant process.

The effects of being a jinchuuriki wouldn't be felt so early if it even could be.

Hashirama or Kisame - Kisame may be a chakra monster, but Hashirama's scale of ninjutsu and the amount of hours he can keep on fighting make me believe he's superior. I don't think Kisame can fight nearly as much without stealing his opponents chakra, that's what his fighting style is based on.

Nagato or Naruto - This one was kind of a toss up. Nagato can push himself hard using his transplanted Rinnegan, yeah, but i bet if Naruto had one he could push himself harder. Stamina is one of Naruto's strongest characteristic, he almost never gets tired and when he does he always finds a way to get more strenght (main character cliche but its there).

Jiraiya or Minato - The reason why Minato is a perfect sage is probably due to him having more chakra and therefore being able to handle natural energy better, hence why i chose him.

Tobirama or Madara - Too many reasons, not gonna bother >_>

Tsunade or Bee - In base she's really not as impressive as her lineage implies (probably because of her transformation ninjutsu), while Bee seems to be a chakra monster, having enough to handle Gyuki.

Ay or Third Raikage - The 3rd managed to fight for three days against a whole army, nuff' said.

Orochimaru or Gaara - Honestly don't know. Both have high chakra reserves, but seem to be on a similar level, the manga doesn't make it clear who's superior.

Gai or Sasuke - Gai is the king of stamina, which means he has more energy to turn into chakra. Before awakening his MS Sasuke seemed to have stamina problems or at least very unimpressive stamina, in base he's average at best.

Hashirama or Kisame

Hashirama. His Chakra is comparable to the Chakra that Naruto shared with the Shinobi alliance.

Nagato or Naruto

Nagato. He was able to handle the double Rinnegan without trouble, and Naruto's reserves of Kurama ran out before Obito, who admitted he could not handle the double Rinnegan.

Jiraiya or Minato

Minato. He wrapped Kurama and Juubi's TBB.

Tobirama or Madara

Madara. He fought against the Senju clan for 24 hours, and his techniques uses more Chakra.

Tsunade or Bee

She healed an entire village.

Ay or Third Raikage

3rd Raikage fought against 10,000 for 3 days and nights.

Orochimaru or Gaara

Gaara. He can tax village sized sand.

Gai or Sasuke

Sasuke.

Nagato may actually have more chakra than base Naruto when you think about it. In his fragile weak state, he was able to control all 6 paths of pain simultaneously, and use all their abilities, including a massive Almighty Push big enough to destroy the village and Planetary Devastation. He even revived all of Konoha with Rinne Tensei and summoned at least 5 giant summonings.

Not to mention that Nagato can handle both Rinnegan without any strain to him, and use it for very long periods of time with exhausting.

Anyway....

Hashirama > Kisame of course
Bee > Tsuande (Perfect Jin) Actually if it's base we're talking about, then Tsunade probably has more chakra.

Can't really say between Tobirama and Madara to be honest. Tobirama should have more but Madara pretty much almost stalemated with Hashirama and fought him on equal ters, while he was simultaneously controlling the nine tails and maintaining perfect Susanoo. So actually I will go with Madara.

Third Raikage > Ay. He stalemated with Gyuki, nuff said.

Gaara > Orochimaru. Especially Jin Gaara, even without Shukaku he had massive stamina, while orochimaru's db score was lower than part 1 Gaara.

Not sure about Guy and Sasuke. Guy definitely had more stamina before, when it was Hebi Sasuke and MS Sasuke. Not sure about EMS Sasuke though, probably still guy. Current Sasuke on the other hand, I don't actually know if he got a chakra boost. But I'll say Guy overall.

Minato > Jiraya... Fukasaku says you need enormous amount of chakra to handle senjutsu. Jiraya = imperfect sage, Minato = perfect sage.

Feats-wise, Hashirama edges out Kisame. His Mokuton constructs dwarf Kisame's tidal waves / water dome.

Nagato or Naruto

Without the Kyuubi, Nagato should take this pretty handily. His ability to nuke an entire village, revive the same village he nuked ten minutes ago, create a mountain sized ball of rock, in addition to partaking in extensive battles against Naruto and Kakashi back to back is better than anything base Naruto has shown.

Jiraiya or Minato

Not much to go on here, but Minato teleporting Bijuudama and the Kyuubi around 17 years ago is better than anything Jiraiya has shown. Jiraiya's best stamina showing was against Pain and . . . he didn't use much.

Tobirama or Madara

Madara, by far. Erecting a sky-scraper sized chakra construct while simultaneously keeping a beast like the Kyuubi in check with Genjutsu is far more impressive (stamina-wise) than anything Tobirama has shown us, which has pretty much been just body-sized Hiraishin jumps.

Tsunade or Bee

Tsunade has the better feats, even without Yin Seal. We met Bee when he was already on good terms with the Hachibi, and he used the Hachibi in all his fights so it is literally impossible to separate him from the Hachibi. He is literally featless without it.

Ay or Third Raikage

Impossible to tell. Third Raikage's showing was extremely limited, and it happened when he was an Edo Tensei, so we have no basis of what his real capacity is. 4th Raikage has the better feats by default.

Orochimaru or Gaara

Gaara can casually shift around village-level amounts of sand, which shames anything Orochimaru has done. His best stamina showing is probably three Oral rebirths and triple Rashomon, which doesn't hold a candle to what Gaara has done in the war.

Gai or Sasuke

Hard to measure. Sasuke, like Madara, can conjure up Perfect Susano'o, which in of itself is an amazing chakra feat. Thing is, Gai has fought for nearly two days before backup arrived to heal him, and he utilized extensive gates (including Hirudora and Asa Kujaku). I'm siding with Gai if this is pre-Hagoromo Sasuke.

I believe Minato has more. Him not using it in battle does not mean he has less chakra. He doesn't like the time it takes to enter the mode and besides, he was so strong he never needed SM.

I think Tobirama has more than Madara. Just a small chakra spike had the room almost torn apart and he was not even at full power.

Did you read the conditions? This is everyone in Base and I think Tsunnade has more. Karin made that reference to Gyuki, not Bee.

I know what the Third Raikage did but Karin noted Ay had tailed beast levels so I thought they were comparable.

I think Orochimaru and Gaara might be tied, not sure.

Wrong. Neji stated 30% Kisame had more chakra than part 1 Chunnin Exam Naruto. I have no idea how you misinterpreted that so bad. You need a new manga site then. I think Gai has more than Sasuke too.
