No new hokage after the war

lets say the war ends and the good guys win. There will be no need for a new hokage then because all four hokages are already here and immortal.

Hiruzen, tobirama, hashirama, minato. all of them will be enough to defend Konoha and they will be invincible.

even if oro dies, the kages will still remain since you have to undo that shizz in order for them to dissapear.

He is more "smarter" and wiser than Kakashi. << Some people will rant on about this.. but it is true. He might not be a good tactician and all.. but his intelligence to learn things and adapt to them accordingly.. is something superior to Kakashi.

This. Naruto has never been dumb. He just doesn't like doing stuff like paperworks and tests (Like writing etcetc.)

There's a difference between not being able to do something because you're too lazy or simply hate doing paperwork and actually not being able to do it because you're too dumb. Which is not the case for Naruto.
