I am surprised so many people were disappointed when sasuke's ability got a Nerf . I think it was rather obvious. If sasuke was allowed to spam it infinite number of times, he would be very OP.
Just imagine, him throwing back all the attacks coming at him, teleporting right on to the opponent and doing a fatal blow.
Kishi nerfed sasuke so that naruto and sasuke still remain equal. Now now, i know currently naruto seems to be stronger with his massive amount of clones and the bijjus but i can assure you, right now, they are still almost even.
This is just like when people thought BM naruto is above EMS sasuke but then sasuke took out a PS and everything was back to normal.
Plot shield is currently running the manga right now. Sasuke could have swapped kaguya within the lava or ground or ice any time he wanted which might cause a lot of damage to her.
He have also shown to use his ability in continuation without any waiting even though it states he needs to wait a little for it to use again,contradiction in the manga perhaps?

I mean, a sage chakra enhanced chidori slash used by base sasuke should not be able to overcome a sage chakra enhanced lava frs strong enough to cut the god tree.(go to that thread to know what i am talking about)
After sasuke is nerfed once more, everything will go back to normal again which is sasuke being slightly stronger than naruto.
The last time, minato(my 2nd favorite character)compared the power of the two and this is what he said :

Sasuke have also received hashirama cells which automatically gives him the ability to suppress the bijju.
As you can see he is constantly receiving power ups just like naruto and as i said earlier, both will be almost even(sasuke being slightly stronger than naruto) as soon as sasuke gets the second nerf.
