Srry if I got a wrong idea about you but your comment gave off that "Aren't you a bit too old for that?" kind of feel. I hate people who say things like that. If you're not like that the I apologize. On the other hand the game you played 10 years ago is nothing like the game played today.
OT: I got on my computer faster than I tought I would. Now let's get down to business. First off you have to know that you can't make a competetive dinosaur deck. Dinosaurs have always been strictly a fun deck and that's never going to change. Evolzar cards are the only things found competitive but the only time they were useful was when Dino Rabbit deck was popular and then they were Top Tier. However that deck has been long gone with Rabbit limited. So yeah you can't make a dino deck that's gonna do well on tournaments. But then again since you're going to play online for fun you might be better off with a fun deck wich is a lot more enjoyable even tough you'll get wrecked when you bump into Tier decks.
Now that you got the fact that dinosaurs have no power to go up agains big guys you can focus on finding a good deck that's gonna make you spend hours and hours playing with other fun decks and you still won't get bored of it. (That's if you still wish to play dinosaurs.) Evolzar cards are a part of the Evol archetype so you might wanna check it out.

Look up on other deck builds on you tube if you're not good with coming up with your own build.
If you're looking for a pure Dino deck then you'll have to resort to Jurrac monsters wich are the only pure-blood Dinosaur archetype.
