So since itachi gave Sasuke his left eye right..(amateratsu)....and Sasuke unlocked rinnegan in his left eye.... And sasukes right eye with His own tech(kagatsuchi) is still in ems.... Meaning..... Itachi would've have s/t tech and Sasuke real rinnegan technique is unknown.

You misunderstand the purpose of Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. It is a method to restore the vision from someone who overused Mangekyou Sharinganand by granting them eternal light. Yes, they are Itachi's eyes, but Sasuke has them now, making them his.

You dont. Rinnegan is obtained by fusing Indra and Ashura's chakras.

Itachi isn't Indra's Reincarnation,and it wasn't confirmed that you need the ems inorder to get the rinnegan,Kabuto and Orochimaru theorised that you did.

Even if Itachi was Indra's Riencarnation and you need ems to activate the Rinnegan.Itachi would need Sasuke's eyes in order to get ems and then the rinnegan.
