One eye can't use all of the abilities, the true power comes from having both of the same eyes. Madara with 1 eye wasn't using any Rinnegan jutsu except his shadow even thought we saw Nagato use many jutsus with the same eye but he had both eyes when he did them. Obito only really shown the controlling 6 paths power and the reviving others one and he implied that he could pull Yamato's soul out so I think Kishi is losing it to give Madara Limbo. I guess Deva path power would be too much for Naruto and Sasuke, it was a 5 sec interval for Deva path but Naruto said it was much faster and stronger when Nagato used it himself so how powerful will it be when the Juubi jin who it really belongs to using it will be?

We don't really see Madara absorb ninjutsus as he did as a Edo tensei. He summoned the Gedo Mezo but he did tell Obito he can summon and control it with just having Senju/Uchiha DNA. I don't know where Limbo or Rinbo came from but I think Kishi didn't give him S.T because it would be too strong for others to fight against. He would deflect anything 8th gate Guy has, same for Sasuke and Naruto since the 5 sec was for Deva path and not the true user of the Rinnegans like Nagato did as Edo.

Obito was the Juubi Jin, the Jin usually retain some of the bijuu's power in them, Gaara for example. I think being an ex Juubi jin had more to do with it than the Rinnegan then use the Rinnegan to pull out some chakra but I can be wrong.
