even unable to stand up? This whole chapter had plot-holes all written over it.

OK, the intangible part was pretty dumb. But why doesnt he have susanoo? or atleast a third new eye ability. He has both his eyes, he can use izanagi 2 times if he wants.

Haven't even thought about it that way, damn. He could have atleast stood still
and kamui sniped both of them at his previous location.

1- Obito can't kamui things when he is intangible. Stated many times in the manga.

2- If he did that, the atack would hit naruto, and he was there to protect naruto.
