After spending 20+ or more years of education you then proceed to get a job and work for money up until retirement.

How exactly do you people manage to fit happiness into a reality like that, and what do you think of this Reality?

While you're studying, you use your free time to have fun. You take advantage that you go to school everyday, and make friends in there. Then you can have a bit of fun even in school, and in your free time, you'll get to go out with your friends, and do whatever you enjoy.

There are ways to have fun alone: play video games, watch series, movies, anime....

In order to have fun, most of the times it's good to have money, as it grants you acess to many cool things. Therefore, you work, in order to get that money. If you're sucessful, that money will not only sustain you(and your family), but it will make it easier for you to have a good time with your friends, by yourself, or with your family.

Basically: Make friends, have fun with them, and be sure to have some money,

It's true money doesn't make happiness. But things that I buy with that money make me pretty damn happy.

I second this. Just because you work and go to school doesn't mean you can't have fun.
work everyday, But thats not gunna stop me from living my life. My work supports my fun time. Without some cash, I wouldn't be snowboarding, longboarding, driving. Going on vacation. Its not hard to work and have a good time.

But a vacation is just an escape from the work is it not? If the World didn't have money, you could be doing all those things all the time.
