In the end PS still stomps this fictional character. Having all the Gokage's abilities isn't going to help since all of their abilities are useless in front of it. They can't tank it nor can they block it's attacks.

Though they shit in the first scenario, and the strongest person they can beat is probably Nagato.

With gaara's auto defense, Ei's speed, and tsunade's byakugou amped jinton, madara would lose in the first scenario.

However in the second scenario he wins. That's because gaara's defense and Ei's speed are kind of meaningless against his PS since gaara has no chance of blocking the slashes and EMS Sasuke could tag the far faster juubito with his reflexes. The giant jinton cube is a threat to PS and would eventually eat through the whole thing, but not before Madara slashes the user with a sword.

can't 'Gokage' keep flying to the rear of PS to avoid PS slash ? with lightning armor , flight and the weight jutsus it should be mobile enough to pull it off.
then it can just use lightning chakra enhanced strength to continuously hammer PS to broken pieces.
otherwise a jinton cube/beam should do the trick.

You know how doom was kicking the fantastic four's butt all while seperate,then ehan johnny took their powers what happened?.

A person who can fire a super charged jinton beam casually combined with the speeds of onoki and gaara's flight and basically everything is superpowered as well as instant healing,my goodness.

This is overkill. Mist would make it impossible to see this fictional character. Sand sensing and third eye allows for the fictional character to have vision, one advantage. Jinton has doesn't get countered, and the chakra reserves makes it more than possible to recreate what it once did--if not greater. Raiton shroud and lightweight technique allows for massive speeds, this coupled with massive strength of the heavy boulder and Tsunade strength would make anything bar PS a risk. Durability is also nigh evenly matched, going from raiton shroud, auto sand defence, self heal and stone golems. Scenario 1 is a definite win for the fictional character. A single PS swipe ends in scenario 2 on second thought.

Madara gets demolished in scenario one. The standard V4 legged Susano'o gets atomized by Jinton, and once its down, he gets restrained by Gaara's sand and then punched by Tsunade-level strength that he won't be able to dodge thanks to V2 Raikage-level Shunshins.

In scenario two, they lose. The fusion's best offense is Jinton, and even Onoki's Tsunade-battery-charged Jinton was dwarfed by Perfect Susano'o. Nothing really changes here.
