Even though he says that obito was stronger at that point you have a point. People here love talking about feats to prove there point but will refer to things said in the manga when they want to prove feats wrong. But you must also know that they used the army plus naruto had. Kurama and sm power together with sasuke. Also all they had to do was take the bijuus chakra from him. Arguments can be made on both sides. But i will have to say juubito because he was demolishing everyone for a good amount of time and the only thing the alliance was able to do was stay alive.
