The list is a 8/10 for me, I just don't like the repeat of characters in different tiers. You should have stuck to the characters prime imo.

Hagoromo said that Madara was trying to reach his power, so Madara wasn't at Hagoromo's level. He lacked half the Kyuubi that Hagoromo had as the Juubi's jinchuriki.

And you put Kakashi pre-war lower than Kakashi in war.
He is not any different, the only reason you seem to think he is better is because Naruto gave him almost infinite-chakra to spam Kamui, period.

Shisui/Konan/Mei are not same level as 3-tomoe Kakashi. Mei is a kage ffs, shisui was even stronger than Itachi before he died and Konan obliterates Kakashi without kamui.

Kakashi in the War Arc showed better feats in everything, especially chakra/stamina, speed, taijutsu, genjutsu and ninjutsu. And he perfected Kamui to Kamui GG, and gained self warping ability for teleporting. Naruto gave him some Kurama chakra but I didn't account his feats with it, obviously.

He stomped Juubi jinchuuriki Hashirama SM powered Madara that for his own admission could have been killed. Gai could have dodged the Gudodama anytime, these were the same Gudodama that he intercepted before with less than 6th Gate and in 8th Gate he is astonishingly faster than that, and can travel freely in the air.

Being a kage doesn't mean anything. Hashirama is a kage, Mei is a kage. Minato and Tobirama are kage, 4th Kazekage and Tsunade are kage. Current Naruto and current Sasuke are genin, Konohamaru is a genin. Kakashi and Gai are jonin, Asuma and Kurenai are jonin. Rank doesn't mean power. Also that is part 1 Kakashi, not Shippuden 3 tomoe Kakashi that it is much stronger and better in everything.

No, Kakashi was only recharged when he finished his chakra (after hours and hours of high level fighting with the Sharingan, multiple uses of high level chakra taxing jutsu as Raikiri and Raiden, and five Kamui with one on the giant head of the Gedo Mazo. Then he was powered up with the shroud that he lost before going to fight Obito in the Kamui dimension. After he came back he used Kamui seven times, one on the giant arm of the Gedo Mazo. Genjutsu feats are being on par with Obito in a genjutsu battle and Obito is a top notch Sharingan genjutsu user. Ninjutsu feats are Raiden that is a Raiton made with the combo of two Raikiri, maybe the strongest Raiton we know as it can cut through the V2 Bijuu chakra shroud that bounced away Raikiri some moments before.

When he did just some time before diving in the battle, as you can see if you reread the chapters Naruto didn't use a lot of powerful jutsu but when right after Nagato was seales he tried to use Kage Bunshin no jutsu he suddenly dropped out the KCM.

If you think so. He could dodge those jutsu even blind and without legs, he is too fast and agile even without Sharingan. And no I can give you hundreds of examples on the same line, rank doesn't mean power. For example Kakashi was being made Hokage, if he would have been made Hokage as they wanted to it's not like Kakashi would have been stronger because of a Hokage hat on his head or weaker without it.

nice list man i agree with you on most of em howeva juubi jin madara with shinju obsorbed with 3rd eye is right next to kaguya.
also 1 eye rinnegan madara is sasuke and naruto sage power tier.
