Sasuke's Rinnegan Undeveloped

I've been thinking. Have anyone noticed the difference between Sasuke's Rinnegan and Kaguya's & Madara's third eye Rinnegan. Their third eye has a total of nine tomoe while Sasuke's Rinnegan have only a total of six. Due to this, I believe Sasuke's left eye is both weaker and incomplete.

I believe Sasuke's final three tomoe will activate during the final fight with Naruto. If so, this was forshadowed in Naruto and Sasuke's first fight, when he awakened the third and final tomoe of his Sharingan

Once the final three tomoe awaken, Sasuke would gain his final power up: All Six Paths techs, increased S/T, Perfected Tsukuyomi, Gravitational Pull (Kaguya ch. 686), all Tenseis, more powerful Susanoo, Anticipation eye techs, all Yin abilities, and so much more. His eye will become as haxed as Madara and Kaguya's eyes. All his abilities will possibly become a thousand times stronger, giving Naruto a harder time.

Another power I believe he already has is Infinite Tsukuyomi. His eye is the key to deactivating it, which means his eye can activate at will. Tell me what you think. No flaming please.

This theory of mine came from today's chapter. He was unable to use it, which is why I thought it was weaker and undeveloped.

There is a scan showing Sasuke with all nine tomoes and there is a s scan where sasukes rinnegan has no tomoes like madara . But it's still a rinnegan cuz it can see limbo

Possible unlikely but possible due to him gaining only half of the sages chakra. Also the curse of hatred maybe why the other eyes are red and sasuke who because of itachi broke the curse has purple. Just my opinion.

I disagree . i think his has nine as well . his eyes are just not open wide enough to see all nine . Also i dont think we know if he can use other rinnegan techs or not .

The third eye is a Sharingan not a Rinnegan. It's red....plus Hagaromo even said it was a Sharingan. Sasuke's eye is purple-ish like a normal Rinnegan, it just has tomoe.

Tbh, it has been a pattern that when a character has one eye of their doujutsu Kishimoto restricts them.

Sharingan=both eyes for true power
Rinnengan= Kishimoto kept him restricted to one path (though it was stated he could use more)
As for Sasuke his S/T jutsu could be an example. Its possible that the reason that it is so restricted by range and frequency is that its incomplete.

If it acts like a sharingan then Sasuke may develop the other 3T to make it 9 or Sasuke could get a second Rinnengan with 3 Tomoe

Anyway I am just spitballing. This could really just be all Sasuke has to offer, but somehow I kinda doubt it

Like every doujutsu in the NU you will always need a pair to unlock its full potenial.
Then after that he will most likely get an entirely new forehead doujutsu because if you haven't noticed:

Madara two pair rinne eyes, forehead jubbi eye
Kaguya (basically Madara or the other way around), but still the two pair eyes are byakugan and the forehead juubi eye

Sasuke two pair juubi eyes and possibly his own new doujutsu...the strongest in the NU.
