1. Then that makes it even better.

2. Naruto was shocked at Sasuke's first usage of his Rinnegan tech. At that moment, Sasuke could have easily slit a whole through Naruto's neck if they were fighting. Naruto can't counter something that is instantaneous.

Sasuke can not teleport on someone as if they were marked by ftg. He can only teleport next to someone or generally in their area. Well if you say he can only swap and is not teleport it makes it more difficult but thats besides the point.

After teleporting(or swapping) everything after that comes down to his striking speed.

This wouldnt be to dangerous to naruto with his god-like relfexes, his cloak for defense, and his superior sensing, and who overall has better reflexes and speed. Especially since he knows about the jutsu now he would be prepared for it.

Sasuke really needs a second rinnegan i honestly dont see the point in keeping his sharingan. If it is the only way he can do susanno(and kishi cant find a way around it) then sasuke likely wont be getting another eye. He should learn to use the other rinne paths or adleast develop another rinne tech.

Sasuke must have another technique. The Rinnegan doesn't have only one tech, with time he'll learn to use the Six Paths (most likely) and then he'll be on par with Naruto.

Kaguya tank it and Madara tank it and trick it, but neither has dodge it due to having better speed or reflexes. So assuming and speculating won't help your thread/case.
