The same with Ems sasuke who didn't fully develop with his powers, we have no feats of his ps. Now with rinnegan same thing, why give him power but not allow it maximise it fully? PS got 1 shot, his Rinnegan is ass, and he's effectively done jack shit this whole fight. But it's been this way for a LONG time now, look at his shit showing vs Kabuto and Madara. He's not a good fighter since he got his special eyes, he's a Susano'o humping camper.

Stop complaining on every thread geez. Juubito got nerfed, madara didn't get too use half of his potential, etc. So what Sasuke is just another uchiha.
