Since the chapter had a normal number of pages, I thought that it would not be the last one.

After reading it, I found out that on the last page, at the bottom it said it ended.

This chapter was the last one.

It was a sudden end, right in the middle of the action.

It is exactly what happened to Fairy Tail anime when it ended right in the middle of an arc.

I think this series could have had more potential.
