No he can pass through but if he slips through that then naruto behind him get killed so he only use long range for kakashi even kakashi not there he can save sasuke by using long range kamui .u can ask y everyone go to kamui dimension but kaguya attacked very fast if naruto is not behind obito surely passes through that thing and also saves kakashi

This chapter pretty much confirmed he probably couldn't use both at the same time. Though it's sad that he's going to die but maybe Naruto would save him or something.

Actually I thought of what I said and it only makes sense that he was tangible so Naruto won't be hit and he was also looking at Kakasi. Though I don't think he can use both at the same time. Focusing chakra into both eyes and also he can't use it while tangible.
