The scan I linked actually seems to be in higher quality than the mp link, usually when something is resaved it loses quality. It does look like a copy paste but the quality of the scan in general compared to mp suggests that it is the "real" one, or possible something happened while it was scanned. I'll run it through photoforensics.

According to photoforensics, the one I posted in this thread is actually closest to the otiginal as far as I can tell, it could even be said that both are originals. Although manga panda's one is in lower resolution and quality.
