Naruto and sasuke will have achieved peace by working together. Madara will be gone, kaguya will also be gone along with BZ etc. There won't be any more villain to continue the series

But you never know kishi could start Naruto again after a while.

It's not that hard to create a new plot for the story along with new villains, and Naruto and Sasuke being too overpowered might not be a big problem, Kishi could make Naruto completely dependent on strategy and unpredictability and will lose any Bijuu related power in other words he's reverted to base Naruto along with having SM, while Sasuke will lose the Rinnegan and revert back to his EMS state and is to awaken this same Rinnegan again in the future but through training his EMS to the fullest rather than relying on fusing Ashura's chakra with his Indra chakra or any other shortcut to get it and will start part 3 in EMS
