No, he most certainly does not hate Uchiha's. Who the hell has been the main antagonist of the entire series until this Kaguya bs plot twist? Obito is getting his long over due death, which if he remained "evil" he would still have a plot shield. Even so it was in Itachi's plan that he die by Sasuke's hand, being ill just made no one kill him. Madara was dead turned alive so it doesn't count. Sasuke is the legit last Uchiha now like he was always thought to be.
