He barely had time to Kamui the one heading to Kakashi, which he needed both eyes to power. Either he could've let Kakashi die, and transport the one heading for himself at Kaguya (Who might survive anyway, considering she created the tech and probably has a counter), or he could teleport the one heading for Kakashi and save him, at the cost of his life.

And he probably couldnt teleport anything since the bone hit him just when Kakashi's bone was Kamui'd. I imagine that breaking apart like the bone in your chest kinda ruins your ability to recall things from another dimension.

And besides, he was attempting to be a shield for Sasuke/Naruto. So while he teleported on bone away, he could hardly just turn intangible and let the bone go through him.
