Sasuke's speed is god like and he has one of the best, if not the best, speed feat in the entire manga.

The scan I linked in the OP was controversial, nobody knew if he used actual foot speed or continuous teleportation. It was confirmed that his S/T has to cool down, thus that scan was all foot speed. A speed feat that is unmatched.
He moved so fast that people believed he used continuous teleportation, it doesn't get better than that.

He used both.
He teleported as far he could ( Madara purposely went out of his range) and use his speed to close the distance. Most likely shunshin.

You mean when he outpaced the juubi jin madara? I thought it was obvious that he used shunshin given Madara's comment. Why would he say that sasuke's teleportation is "fast" if he's already seen it? It would make the statement redundant.
