I was on vacation in the Caribbean , I think Sabo was brought back to defeat and kill Red Dog , not even WB was capable of killing Red Dog . Sabo's powers are one of the most destructive in OP and he seems to be a haki master , plus he's young and healthy. The possibility that he can defeat WB is not minor but rather large , I think if the # 2 of the revolution can't beat WB them their chances of victory against the world government is next to none.

I've been to the Caribbean multiple times as a child, not my thing any more, prefer colder places tbh. Just my take on holiday destinations.
