I personally believe that Hashirama wins this. But a lot of strong believers think that Itachi is boss. I believe Yata Mirror and Totsuka can be a problem for hashi but its for you guys to decide

Hashirama's Mokujin was tango-ing with Perfect Susano'o. His Mokuton Dragon was holding down the Kyuubi and Hachibi. Hashirama brings forth one of his megazord sized Mokutons and has it squash Itachi's comparatively puny Susano'o (when placed alongside Madara's). Only thing that is remotely a threat here is Amaterasu, but with Sage sensing and a reasonable starting distance, it shouldn't be too big of a problem.

OT: Base Hashirama takes Itachi with little effort.

Hashirama shits. His sage mode enhanced mokujin was strong enough to stalemate Madara's PS. It outright overpowers his susanooo, and his Mokuryu absorbs Susanoo. Wood clones, and flower tree world easily counter tsukuyomi and amaterasu. Hashirama wins without much difficulty.

Really hashirama win this low diff,wood release destroys susanoo and plus amaterasu may be a threat but if itachi is in the forest and throws amaterasu there don't you think he will be affected by that if that happens he needs to absorbs amaterasu and hashirama has experience fighting sharingan users big example madara with EMS and PS with kurama so sorry but hashirama wins this
