the basis is the fact that Sasuke had to go out of his way to avoid them the way he did. If he could've tanked one, then he wouldn't have had to. Simple as that. There isn't going to be minimal dmg at all to Sasuke's PS if Madara's was completely blown away by 4 BDs from the Juubi. No way there is going to be negligible dmg done to a PS when it's hit just by 1 BDRS. If it can, i'm more convinced Madara's can take it.

As of yet, I think the only thing that broke PS was 4 juubi TBB, Hashirama I thought peeled the susanoo off (I could be wrong).

That is a weak basis I must say. What is the use of risking yourself for nothing. So if you are walking and you see a pool of water, because you are wearing a rubber shoe so you walk through the water?.

I still think it can tank one and I agree it would to a huge damage after that. However the damage would not be too severe to damage Sasuke.

IDK, I think Sasukes ps is better than Madaras ps. That may be up for debate though.

Madara's PS is larger , so better than Sasuke's . Madara's being larger you can't attribute to Sasuke his feats , his susanoo is tiny as ****. The only powerup he has with his eye is his can resist IT with the power of his rinne, Madara has wings too and he's bigger...

here's why:

1) Each bijuudama rasenshuriken is just as large as Sasuke's PS
2) each explosion is so big Sasuke's PS doesn't even register as a pixel on the same page
