Tokubetsu Jonin battle didn't start at 30 meters with full knowledge, which automatically makes most of Kidomaru and Tayuya's mid-long range arsenals useless. The only people with moderate CQC skills were Jirobo and Sakon, and I have no trouble believing they were pressured by two Tokubetsu Jonin (and it's not like the lost; they beat them).

Bringing up that battle is completely irrelevant here and shows that people don't actually read the OP before posting. This battle does not start at 1 meter with no knowledge.

1. Scalpal isn't a sword

2. Kabuto has never shown to have a scalpal in the shape of a knife and etc... big difference. While Sakura on the other hand has.

3. There was no cutting motion done by Kabuto

4. Sasuke said sword can't cut it.. he didn't say Chakra.. different properties. Principle can't be the same there.

These 2 were bodigards of the Fourth Hokage, and were tokubetsu Jonin, or in other way said - special high jounin level. Edit: Its actually a ninja who isn't an overall jounin, but rather an expert in one aspect, and are called an elite ninja.
