Lifting requires an entirely different section of muscle than forcefully breaking out of a restraint. As Strict said, Tsunade's style relies on momentum. If she has no momentum she's not breaking out of it of something that previously caught fighters weren't even able to budge in.

You place far too much emphasis on ranks. I doubt there is a single post you've made on this thread in which you didn't mention Tsunade's Hokage rank and/or the Sound 5's ranks when in actuality the only thing that makes Tsunade Hokage rank is her Byakugo, which is completely and utterly useless against a long range fighter such as Kidomaru who can catch her in a web bind and shoot a drill-tipped arrow through her skull.

No, don't equate your inability to read the match-up stipulations with other people's ignorance.

Kidomaru has full knowledge and 30 meter starting distance in a place where line of sight is easily obstructed by trees. He has team-mates to distract his enemies while he lines his shots. How exactly is Tsunade going to dodge arrows while fighting someone like Kimimaro when the Byakugan wielding Neji was unable to do so without added distractions?

This is a team effort and the Sound 5 (specifically Kidomaru and Tayuya) have an advantageous starting position as well as team mates to cover them while they prepare their attacks.

Sorry to disapoint, but even Kabuto from part I was beating Tsunade left and right, who was Kakashi's level. Kakashi was no more than jōnin level.

So her being Hokage doesn't really matter, she only got that place because the village had no competent or ninja willing to do so. That proves Hokage title now is a joke.​

Kabuto was below Kakashi level as indicated by the DB stats and their brief skirmish where Kabuto fled from Sharingan-less Kakashi. The only people who said Kabuto = Kakashi were Jiraiya and Orochimaru, one of which had been a wandering nomad for god knows how long and the other banished from the village for crimes against humanity for about a decade.

The only knowledge they could have had on Kakashi was outdated knowledge.

Lifting and breaking a constraint, as said, require two different kinds of muscle force. Say I can bench press 200 pounds; that absolutely does not mean I can break out of a constraint applying 200 pounds worth of force.

Chakra scalpel requires moment; to use another analogy, me simply rubbing a knife against a rope won't have the same effect as me applying significant force against said rope. Tsunade will be lucky if she's even able to move while restrained, seeing as Neji wasn't even able to budge while cocooned.

Tayuya's genjutsu can be easily countered by releasing the Yin seal. The chakra stored in it disturbs the flow of Tsunade's/Sakura's chakra and breaks the genjutsu. ​
